It was absolutely perfect for us. The property was extremely clean and tidy, and well equipped. It was extremely comfortable and warm. The garden was great as it was secure and the views were amazing. It was lovely and quiet even with the farm next door. It was a treat to see the new born calves! We will definitely be back and explore lots more of Derbyshire.

Access was straightforward. Brilliant location. Colin and Diane were most welcoming. Loads of great places to visit within a short drive. As retired farmers it was really good to be on a working farm and surrounded by livestock (especially in the middle of calving). It was nice that dogs under control are welcome - the back garden (although not secure) gives a good area for a bit of a leg stretch. We would, and probably will, stay there again.

Beautiful location, parking outside cottage, clean, everything in good working order. A perfect stay for us. Thank you Diane and Colin for making us feel so welcome. We shall be returning. Sue, Phil and Suki.
