A short drive takes you to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall. Historic market towns include Chesterfield, Bakewell, Matllock and Matlock Bath. Lovely cottage spotlessly clean very comfortable well equipped kitchen countryside setting yet only 3 miles from chesterfield really nice owner previously a review stated there was no wifi but there is wifi nice patio area too if i lived closer i would book at least 3-4 times a season beautiful place in lovely area

Lovely cottage so peaceful great dog walk on the door step clean warm had everything you would need. Maybe some grass in garden but able to walk dogs nearby so not a big problem. Great location to see places nearby.

The cottage was immaculate, the host was very friendly and accommodating. Location couldn't have been better, set on a farm, it was very quiet and yet within easy reach of all the Peak District attractions. All in all a very enjoyable stay and will certainly go back.
