Mystified Cottage is situated in a truly picturesque area in Bishopsdale and the views from the property are spectacular. The decoration and furniture in the property is quite "quirky", although the pieces of furniture in the hallway were a bit of an "obstacle course" and you would be scared to break the ornaments on them, especially if you came in with a rucksack on your back!I have not given Mystified Cottage a good rating for "comfort" because the shower really needs either some serious attention or replacing. The pump in the electric shower is not working properly and the water (the little that comes out) is either really cold or very hot. This was even the case when no other water taps (or toilet) were not in use in the property.I would say that the property is a "nice" holiday cottage, but I would not class it as "luxury" which the website does. Saying that, the owners have very thoughtfully placed very practical items around the cottage, such as a large umbrella, some torches and even a bird book and some binoculars.
