Attached to the owners’ home, it has its own south-facing garden and enjoys shared use of extensive grounds. Kedleston Hall and the spectacular scenery of Dove Dale are both within 6 miles, and Ashbourne’s shops, inns and activities are within 10 minutes’ drive. Cycling and walking on the Tissington Trail (4 miles). Alton Towers, 12 miles. Shop and pubs 2 miles.

we recently stayed at the garden house for 4 weeks December 25 through to January 26 whilst moving home this was a fabulous place to stay it was so cosy and our 2 dogs loved the 5 acres we had to explore within the grounds also across from the property was a lovely.dog walk .Tim the owner was brilliant never bothered you but was always on hand if you needed anything this was a 5 star + and i would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone thank you Tim for allowing us to stay at your marvellous property
