There are good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, many of which you can start straight from your holiday cottage. Just 7 miles from the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beaches of the east coast ideal for miles of walks with plenty of places for refreshment on your travels. Watch the sunrise from the Seascape Café while enjoying an early morning coffee or travel north along the coast and see the colourful beach huts at Sandilands, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe. Inland just 3½ miles away is the market town of Alford with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. 25 minutes’ drive take you to the Georgian town of Louth which still boasts three markets a week, has many unique shops and plenty of tea rooms and cafés for a break on your travels. Cadwell Park for motor racing enthusiasts is 30 minues away and the city of Lincoln is 50 minutes drive well known for its castle, cathedral, vibrant Brayford Wharf area and popular Bailgate area full of boutique shops. What an amazing stay! Jacquie was the perfect host and made us feel so welcome. All the extra touches were really appreciated, along with our late check out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it’s a home from home. Super cosy and has absolutely everything you need. The place itself is done out beautifully, with a gorgeous fire place and hot tub to enjoy. Great for dogs as well and it’s all secure and gated for them to roam. Skegness beach was only a short 25 minute drive away. We will definitely return!

Stayed at the beautiful Pavilion for a short break. The cottage was spotlessly clean, & beautifully appointed.Our Host Jacquie was fantastic! Really friendly, recommended places to go & even lit the log burner for us so the cottage was cosy warm when we arrived.The hot tub was an added bonus
