Just 7 miles from the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beaches of the east coast ideal for miles of walks with plenty of places for refreshment on your travels. Watch the sunrise from the Seascape Café while enjoying an early morning coffee or travel north along the coast and see the colourful beach huts at Sandilands, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe. Inland just 3½ miles away is the market town of Alford with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. 25 minutes’ drive take you to the Georgian town of Louth which still boasts three markets a week, has many unique shops and plenty of tea rooms and cafés for a break on your travels. Cadwell Park for motor racing enthusiasts is 30 minues away and the city of Lincoln is 50 minutes drive well known for its castle, cathedral, vibrant Brayford Wharf area and popular Bailgate area full of boutique shops. Shop 3½ miles, pub ½ mile.

Wonderful location so peaceful everything you could need in pavilion.The outdoor area was lovely but it rained all the time we were there so couldn’t use the sun lounger.
