Dad’s Shed is a lovely, spacious detached holiday home with a private hot tub to relax in and enjoy. A conservatory overlooks your private hot tub and onto the first of two coarse fishing lakes. Guests staying at Claylake Cottages have exclusive complimentary use of the lakes for fishing during their stay.
Ideal as a touring base or for a relaxing holiday with plenty to see and do in the area. Just 10 miles to the east there are miles of quiet sandy beaches to stroll along and let the sea air blow away the stresses of daily life. The seal colony at Donna Nook, where up to 200 seals a year are born, is just 9½ miles, with the coastal resorts of Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea within 20 minutes’ drive. Inland, the Georgian market town of Louth is a 3-mile drive, or a short taxi ride, which still boasts three markets a week, a wide range of shops and amenities, boutique shops and farmers’ markets, as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Louth is also the gateway to the Lincolnshire Wolds, where you will find endless walks and cycle routes through the countryside with many good tea rooms and pubs on your travels for refreshment. We had a lovely stay in Dad's shed. Lots of lovely extras provided. A very comfortable and spacious cottage. Loved the hot tub and my husband had a great week fishing. Will definitely revisit.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Dad's shed. The cottage was well equipped with everything we could need.The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing after long dog walks and our trips out to the coast. The lake in the garden offered some action packed mixed course fishing wish was thoroughly enjoyable both early morning and in the evening. Suzanne and David were both very welcoming and you can see that a lot of effort has been put in to make this a brilliant place to stay. Would definitely recommend it!
