About this property

A lovely Swift Burgundy 32' x12' two-bedroomed caravan with a double bed in one and two singles in the other, waiting to welcome careful holidaymakers and their Pets.

The caravan is sited on a very well looked after park with lots of amenities.

9 million pounds was spent in 2023 upgrading and refurbishing the site.With a outside piazza,outside seating area and a giant TV screen for you sports lovers.New outside bar with separate gift shop,Restaurant and bar,and a clubhouse bar and arcade with a giant entertainment stage,with seating for many many 100"s.it's a "gem" of a site now,even though I say so myself.



The caravan is classed as a 6-berth van, but I have purposely restricted the number of guests to 4 to achieve a more relaxed and open caravan experience.Yes that may give me fewer enquiries/bookings but i think the latter outweighs the former.

2 hard-standing car bays are available at the side of the caravan for use throughout your stay.

Up to 2 dogs allowed

The van is fully double glazed with gas central heating to all rooms and in the lounge there is also an electric heat blowing fitted fire (as shown in one of the photos.)as well as a large radiator too.

Finally, the caravan is a southerly facing one, so it will receive the best of the sun from sunrise to sunset so let's hope it does its best throughout all of your no doubt well-deserved breaks in 2025.

All the van is cleaned and bedding washed and changed by myself after each guests visit.

So it's always left very clean and tidy ready

for my next guests holiday.

The popular Lincolnshire seaside town of Skegness offers a Blue Flag beach with a clean, golden sandy shoreline, and an attractive promenade where the young and the not-so-young can relax or play. Skegness offers an array of outdoor and indoor attractions; visit Natureland seal sanctuary and animal centre, Captain Kids Adventure World, Jolly Roger golfing, Laserquest, indoor bowling, arcade games, a traditional funfair, Skegness pier and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Skegness also enjoys a wide variety of shops and café’s along with a vibrant nightlife, whether it be a show at the Embassy theatre, eating out in one of its many restaurants or dancing the night away clubbing. Just a little further along the coastline is the resort of Ingoldmells, home to Fantasy Island adventure park, and the largest outdoor market in Europe along with yet more lovely sandy beach for you to enjoy. Skegness offers something for every family member to enjoy on a seaside holiday!
