Honeysuckle Cottage is praised for its spaciousness, peaceful setting, and well-enclosed garden, making it ideal for dog owners. The barn conversion is of a high standard with a contemporary kitchen and large sofas. The property offers a relaxing environment with a beautiful garden and access to a tennis court. However, there is a notable issue with the main bedroom's mattress needing replacement.
The cottage is generally described as comfortable and spotlessly clean, particularly the ensuites, indicating high standards of cleanliness.
The location is appreciated for its quietness and rural setting, with easy access to countryside walks and nearby attractions, although the local pub is closed and there's nothing within easy walking distance.
While the cottage is spacious and well-appointed, comfort is compromised by the main bedroom's mattress, which multiple guests found uncomfortable.
The property boasts a range of facilities including a tennis court, Amazon Fire Stick, and USB chargers. However, the need for a new mattress and better outdoor furniture has been highlighted.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owner, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

The cottage is beautiful, in a lovely location but sadly the main bedroom is unusable. The mattress is so old that every spring can be felt through the thin cover and the duvet is old and lumpy. This has been noted months ago by previous guests but the owner has chosen to ignore it.The weekend we were there they had horse trials onsite. We were unaware of this. The cottage is on the side of a narrow farm track and from 5 am there was a constant stream of horse boxes and 4x4s around 4 feet from the front door. this lasted for much of the day.

Lovely quiet spacious barn conversion, all on one level. Easy parking next to property, good sized private garden that is dog safe and loads of countryside walks from the doorstep. TV has Amazon fire stick and decent broadband speed, Bedroom plugs include USB chargers. Lots of NT and Historic Houses within a 30 minute drive. Only one complaint and that was the King Sized mattress which you couldn't sleep on as you could feel every spring sticking into you and really needs to be replaced - fortunately we were just a couple and there are 3 ensuite bedrooms so we could sleep in another room.

A very homely feel. Well enclose for the dog. Would like better out side furniture. The fairy wood is a lovely touch we added a few things.
