Nestling in the owners’ beautiful grounds abundant with birds and wildlife, these properties have footpath access from the grounds which leads onto a bridle path and on to the village of Donington-on-Bain, with its tearoom, post office, village shop and pub for refreshments.
Lincoln is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, with its cathedral and castle, just two of the many attractions on offer for all the family. To the east are the sandy beaches of the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, and the market towns of Horncastle and Louth are also just a short drive away. There are excellent walks and cycle routes available straight from the door, and the property has a lockable bike store available. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Beautiful location, stunning accommodation, welcoming hosts.Dogs welcome - however this is on GROUND FLOOR ONLY - This should be made clear on booking info & not left to when you arrive.TV signal was shocking! But forced us to switch off & relax properly! For such a luxury experience, we were surprised that only a handful of towel and small bath towel were provided. As a couple who are larger in size, a bath sheet would have been more suitable and preferred. We brought our own towels for the hot tub (as advised) but the towels provided for bathing weren’t quite up to par with the luxurious setting!Minor details that would just improve & elevate the experience to 10/10.Regardless we loved our week here & We can’t wait to book again x

A perfect location for a relaxing getaway or use as a base to explore what this beautiful county has to offer. We enjoyed 7 nights in this fabulous, well equipped, 'home from home'. The owners are friendly, welcoming and 'on hand' but not intrusive. We enjoyed stargazing in the hot tub and drinks on the patio watching the wildlife while soaking up the beautiful surroundings. We lit the woodstove on a cool rainy day and snuggled in with books, games and some chocolate all kindly and thoughtfully provided by the owners. A few miles in any direction are shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs. There's a fantastic takeaway in Binbrook called Sing Poa, bit of a trek but well worth it! For the more adventurous there's the Wild Pines Park in Market Rasen. A great place to visit whatever your age. If you've a sweet tooth don't miss The Chocolate Drop in Market Rasen ..... a unique experience awaits!If you're thinking about booking Lily Pad Lodge then we can highly recommend it
