We really enjoyed our holiday in Avondale. The downstairs bedroom as very useful for my elderly parents, and it was useful to have a downstairs shower and toilet, just off the conservatory. The conservatory was a lovely bright, comfy room, with plenty of seating and a nice view of the garden. The house was generously furnished with all the equipment we needed and we had a lovely family BBQ in the garden. We didn't want for anything and it was very kind of the owners to leave us a nice welcome package. The beach, shops and station were all very short distances and there was ample parking for 2 cars on the drive out front. Can highly recommend Avondale.

I booked this so that my children and grandchildren could all be together for a holiday. There was 11 of us all together and the house was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. It is like the tardis. It’s quirky and has everything you need. It obvious that this is a home and not purposely purchased for hiring out it comes across as a shared home for others to enjoy. The owner Mel kept in touch to make sure our stay was okay, which was a very nice touch, even though he and his wife were on holiday themselves. The location is excellent. Turn left at the top of the road and you are in the high street, which leads down to the pier. 5 minute walk at most. If you have a large family and want to all be together, but still have space, then I couldn’t recommend this place more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
