We know keswick very well so of course we picked one to suit our location & amenity needs, so I cannot understand why these aspects are part of the rating as it is not like the owner can change this? However the cleanliness and overall condition was a real disappointment. Worrying cracks across the bedroom wall with damp stains under the windows & ceilings, severly stained lounge rug. (Don't take a crawling baby). Under beds not vacuumed so suggest storing luggage elsewhere.. New mattresses and bedding needed. Couple of towels had soiled brown smears on, but were rolled up neatly on the bed ready to use! Kitchen cupboards need a good declutter and clean but they had every item you would ever need.. Always plenty of hot water and great heating. We were never cold. Parking is always an issue in Keswick but this wasn't helped by the resident under the house commenting on parking in front of the property..

The house is in an ideal location for the town. Very well equipped. Contact information and contact numbers provided for any issues. We had problems with the control of the heating and struggled to turn it off and couldn't understand the instructions for turning the heating off. House was very clean. We have stayed in Keswick on lots of occasions. We found the kitchen a little cramped due to the dining table being in there and this could be moved into the lounge area with a little rearranging of the furniture. New oven gloves are needed and also the cleaning products need checking as these were running low or even running out. No soap in the small shower room and no dishwasher tablets so had to go and buy some. We would definitely book this house again

We loved Bianca Rose it was clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a great stay. It is close to the town centre, park and lots of restaurants which is a bonus, although it was quiet and peaceful. The only problem we found was getting a parking space, its a very busy place.
