We had a fantastic stay - the location is fantastic, a short walk into Keswick but longer walks from the doorstep. The house is very well equipped with a lovely garden to sit in when not out walking!The only downside was the house was not cleaned to a very high standard. This has been flagged to cottages.com who have assured us it will be looked into.

What a fantastic property this is. Great location and a spacious house with everything you will ever need. A lot of thought has gone into the amenities, including the audio and TV devices. Exceptionally clean property, in a brilliant location, especially if you have a small dog. I would highly recommend this property. Apologies to the owners for not writing anything in the book, I did need to get off very early last Thursday. This doesn't reflect on the fantastic stay that we had. I will definitely be back here near the end of the season.

Last minute reduction on price, well appointed property, new bathrooms throughout, generally very comfortable and well equiped kitchen. Plenty of parking, walks literally at the end of the drive, 10 mins to Keswick town centre, would certainly book again
