Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking!. This wonderful, detached barn conversion lies just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Ullswater in the Lake District National Park. It has one kingsize bedroom with a high quality mattress and an en-suite shower room, and offers open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with views looking out onto Ullswater. There is also a separate utility room with a toilet. Private parking, bike storage, a small garden with shrubs and a cobbled courtyard with views of Ullswater complete the picture.
All of the Lake District’s main attractions are close by, including Keswick and Windermere, as well as amazing walks and cycle routes nearby. The property is also only 2 miles from the steamer jetty at Ullswater, where you’ll be able to enjoy an afternoon on the water. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub ½ mile.

Excellent location as a base, beautiful lake view, high quality finish and very well equipped, clean, spacious property. Only 2 side comments, there is no private outdoor space which wasn't a problem visiting in Feb but in the summer would be a shame and the bed is described as king size but although very comfy, seemed much closer to a double in size. Would highly recommend and would return.

Stayed there before & didn't disappoint again. Great location. Set up works really well for walkers coming back after a day out with gear. Would definitely book there again.

We had a lovely stay at Lake View Farm. The accommodation is in a great location, was very clean and spacious.The view from the living room is fantastic and the shower was perfect after a long hike!We had a problem with the heating the first night and the mobile number to call didn’t work, so it didn’t get sorted until the next day. However, when we reported it to the office in Keswick it got sorted within the hour.No tea towel!
