Located in the heart of Norfolk between the Wensum and Bure Valleys, this single-storey property is surrounded by open countryside – the perfect place to get away from it all. Stroll out from your door or hop on a bike to explore the tranquil surroundings or visit the market town of Reepham (2 miles) to shop or treat yourself to a meal at one of the many eateries. Train enthusiasts will love the heritage Wensum and Bure Valley Railway (1.9 miles), while children will adore the Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure Park (4 miles). The historic city of Norwich (12 miles) makes a wonderful day out with its medieval lanes, castle, two cathedrals, and independent shops, restaurants and pubs, and if the seaside is calling, the delights of the North Norfolk coast are 20 miles away.

Step through the front door into a spacious open-plan living space with seating, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable sofas are the perfect place to unwind with a book or to watch a film on the smart TV, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box and microwave, so you can prepare meals to share around the family dining table. Down the hall there are two bedrooms, one double with TV and patio doors leading outside, and one twin. A shower room with WC completes the inside.

If you wish to dine alfresco, take your pick of outdoor tables – one on the front patio looking across open fields or an enclosed patio out the back. Here, you’ll also find a reclining chair, BBQ and hot tub to relax after a day’s adventuring. The lodge is half of a complex (larger parties can book both properties), which share a year-round tennis court and retro games room, perfect for kids big and small to let off steam!
