Pump Cottage is praised for its great location, proximity to amenities, and the bonus of off-street parking. Guests appreciate the welcome pack and find the property spacious and comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere. The nearby pub and coastal walks add to the charm, though some guests suggest updates and additional facilities could enhance the experience.
The majority of guests found the cottage clean, with comfortable beds and a neat presentation. However, a few noted areas where cleanliness could be improved, such as kitchen pans and flaking paint.
The location is highly praised for its easy access to local amenities, pubs, and beautiful beach walks. Its proximity to the North Norfolk coastal path is a significant plus for many guests.
Guests generally find the cottage comfortable, cosy, and more spacious than expected. The warm bedrooms during a heatwave and the desire for an upstairs bathroom suggest room for improvement in comfort for some guests.
While the cottage is appreciated for its essential facilities, guests have mentioned that it appears a bit tired and could benefit from refurbishment. The lack of a proper shower and a small, inconsistent fridge were minor concerns.
The welcome pack provided is a thoughtful touch that guests enjoyed, contributing to a positive experience. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Beautiful area of the North Norfolk coast. The cottage is well situated by the Norfolk coast path and local amenities. The cottage is clean, the beds were comfortable and the cottage was warm. We had great weather and enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our only minor niggle was that the fridge was too small for us and the temperature wasnt constant throughout.
