Formerly the binocular shop, In Focus is a bijou one bedroom chalk and brick open plan studio apartment in Titchwell. Conveniently situated within a ten minute walk of two fabulous restaurants and of the famous RSPB Titchwell Marsh reserve, this hideaway is an ideal choice for nature enthusiasts and birdwatchers, with glimpses of the sea visible from the courtyard garden.
With underfloor heating throughout, and all the accommodation centred upon the main living area, you'll find that In Focus has been tastefully appointed to provide comfortable stays for couples that are looking for a few days away from it all.
The bedroom area features a luxurious king-sized bed, a cosy love seat, and a Smart television for entertainment. Additionally, a spacious wardrobe is available for guests to store their belongings during their stay.
The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances to cater to all culinary needs. Guests can make use of the table-top oven with hob, fridge/freezer, and DeLonghi machine for their convenience. Two counter stools are provided at the small breakfast bar, affording guests a good space for dining. Nearby, there is a modern shower room with a wash basin and heated towel rail.

Had a wonderful week with our family upstairs, what a super location. We have been to Watatunga, Pensthorpe, Thursford, Holkham Hall (amazing dog), swimming at Sedgeford Est and fabulous walk to beach via R.S.P.B. Titchwell. Accommodation very comfortable, everything we needed. Thank you for welcome pack.

Myself and my partner had an absolutely incredible stay! The studio was so so comfortable and I was very impressed with all of the facilities, especially the shower wow!! The bed and love seat felt like luxury, and we even had a fan provided for us.I also didnât know they made microwaves with hobs on top so that fascinated me! I loved the gift hamper as an added touch it really made our stay so special. The apple juice and brownies were so so good and this was possibly the most thoughtful touch Iâve ever experienced from a host!I recommended to all of my family and friends, especially my Grandparents who were very impressed! They stay every year for a week at the end of June for my Grandadâs birthday in Brancaster Staithe with the same hosts and should the stairs in their cottage ever become too much Iâm sure they would love it here!I cannot thank the host enough, it was truly magical.

The property was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Pet friendly. Good location with loads of costal walks nearby. I drove to the nearby villages beaches and to Hunstanton for the supermarket.Had a lovely time and totally recommended it for the costal walks, bird watching or quiet relaxing exploring. With it being off season many of the little local shops were closed but local pubs were open. Really is an outstanding area. Amazing dog friendly beaches that go for miles
