The village offers a shop and pub, with supermarkets, cafes and a train station available in nearby North Walsham, just 5 miles away. Visit the popular seaside town of Cromer, 11 miles away, with its Victorian pier, theatre and plenty of enticing eateries. For adventures on the Norfolk Broads, head to Wroxham for boat hire and wildlife spotting or visit BeWilderwood, both great family days out less than 15 miles away. Alternatively, discover the historic city of Norwich, 20 miles away, with plenty of cultural attractions, a cathedral, and plenty of shops.
Enter through the front door of this charming two-storey cottage into a welcoming lobby, with the staircase directly ahead and a door to the left leading into the first of two living rooms. This first living area is a cosy space with beautiful ceiling beams, lovely artwork reflecting the coastal location, and stylish decor and furnishings. Continue through to the second living room, another inviting social area with plenty of sofas and easy chairs. The lounge has a Smart TV and a feature fireplace housing a wood burner, which, when lit, creates a snug feel. The lovely kitchen at the rear of the property has all the appliances you need for preparing meals. To the rear of the cottage is a spacious conservatory offering a light-filled social area overlooking the garden. The conservatory/dining area, along with extra seating, makes this a lovely setting for a celebratory meal. A lovely shower room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll discover the four attractive bedrooms: one bunk bedroom suitable for children, one king-size, one small double and one single. There is also a chic family bathroom on the first floor.
