Just a few minutes' walk from Cromer's lighthouse, beach, and cliff top walks. The site provides a great location for a family holiday, with lots of space for children to play safely and a playing field nearby for ball games. Close by there is a scenic cliff-top walk that takes you from the Chalet Park to the centre of Cromer town with its great choice of restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes. A walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Royal Cromer Golf Club - a highly regarded coastal course with spectacular sea views. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom with a double bed at the bottom and a 2ft 6” single bed at the top. Family shower room: with walk in shower, sink and WC. Open plan: Lounge/diner/kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Dining table with chairs and corner sofa, with TV and heaters.
Outside: Set in an elevated position overlooking a large communal lawn with established flower beds. Please bring own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Amenities: Communal parking spaces close to the property. Location: beach 900 meters, shops a 15-minute stroll. Accepts two small pets @ £20.00 per week, per pet.. Please note: electric and electric heating by top up via app (information shared once booked).

“We booked this chalet after a recommendation from a work colleague who had stayed at the site before and said she had "never had a bad holiday" there. My parents stayed at a nearby chalet. The chalet had a nice layout, was nicely done, well cared for and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, 5 minutes over the field or through the woods to the clifftop path, 20 mins walk into Cromer with a few different routes. Also an easy walk to the lighthouse or a little further to Overstrand. A peaceful holiday park and the positioning of the chalets is good. We had some lovely sunsets from no. 53. Also enjoyed some relaxing afternoons sitting outside the chalet. I think this is ideal for 2-3 adults or a couple with children, would have been a bit snug with 4 adults. Real size beds (not like a caravan!). I expect we will be back again soon.....”

“Myself, my niece & her two children had a fantastic stay at chalet number 53. It was very clean & had every thing we needed. The complimentary milk, biscuits & crisps were a nice thought. The bunk beds with the larger bottom bunk was a great idea.<br /> The location was great too being within walking distance of the town.”
