Holly Lodge boasts a lovely open-plan living area downstairs that allows the whole family to be together in one area. There are two sets of french doors out to the secure garden to the rear and the whole house has a bright and airy feel.
This property forms part of a three house terrace comprising Holly Cottage (sleeps two), Holly House (sleeps eight) and this property Holly Lodge. All three are completely self-contained and have private secure gardens which are individually fenced and could be booked together for large family gatherings or parties. You can also book Holly Lodge as a sleeps 6, so there are options for all group sizes. The Holly properties are ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands, just one minute's walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Holly Lodge is the perfect place for a stay in Wells. It has 3 pubs within walking distance along with restaurants and the beach close by. It is well equipped and comfortable and great if you are taking your dog. Parking may be tricky in high season but wasn’t a problem during our long weekend.
