Wonderful views can be enjoyed over the countryside fields from both bedrooms. There’s also a private garden at the rear with patio area. Excellent beach walks on pet friendly beaches, cycling, wild swimming, paddle boarding or simply sit back and relax and enjoy your wonderful surroundings of the stunning Norfolk coast.
Decorated with family beach fun in mind, comfortably furnished and equipped to offer a home from home. The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy meals at home. A short walk from the doorstep is the sandy beach accessed via steps over the dunes. From here you have miles and miles of wide sandy beach backed by dunes in either direction. It truly is a magical location for a seaside holiday. You are within walking distance of Happisburgh and its famous light house, stopping at Cart Gap on the way, and don’t forget to call at cafe Small Sticks, well known and a popular refuelling station. Or enjoy a walk in the opposite direction onto Sea Palling, a popular seaside village with amusement arcade, café, fish and chips and doughnuts. This is a very pet friendly location and pets are welcomed in many eateries. Stalham market town 15 minutes’ drive for supermarket, shops, cafes, pubs and take-aways. Pub 3 miles.

This holiday cottage is in such a fantastic location. A 2 min walk to the beach is just amazing. However, I really wish the owners would just give it a throughly good clean (including discaling the kettle and dishwasher) and renew basics like cutlery and cooking utensils. If these basic things were better it would be a 5 star outstanding review.

Lovely bungalow 2 minutes walk from the beach. Good for small family with Dogs.Lovely bathroom.Good cooking facilities. Nice quite area.Lovely field opposite Great enclosed garden for the dogs.

Not a relaxing holiday cottage .Obviously a loved family beach house but no consideration for making it special for paying guests.Front and rear gardens full of weeds.Lounge carpet heavily stained with pet urine .All soft furnishings cushions stained.The whole place needed a deep clean. Cookware was put away dirty large frying pan rusty.Lots of plastic beakers no wine glasses !!! This could be a lovely place to stay if the owners put a bit of thought and effort into what would make it special for guests on holiday .we left a night early .
