Guests say

Fred's Barn is consistently praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped facilities, making it an ideal stay for large groups and families. The hosts are commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall experience. Its location offers easy access to local attractions and the Norfolk coast. Guests have enjoyed the spaciousness, the enclosed garden, and the suitability for multi-generational stays.

Guests frequently mention the cleanliness of Fred's Barn, describing it as 'super clean' and 'really clean and well looked after,' indicating a high level of satisfaction in this area.

The location is appreciated for its proximity to the Broads, coastal areas, and local attractions. However, one review suggests that signage could be improved, but this does not detract significantly from the overall positive feedback.

Comfort is a highlight, with guests finding the barn 'super comfortable' and suitable for large groups. The presence of child gates and the enjoyment of the mezzanine area by children suggest a comfortable and family-friendly environment.

The barn is well-equipped for meal preparation and entertainment, with plenty of space and toys for children. While there was a mention of shower and bathroom issues, these were promptly addressed by the hosts, indicating good maintenance.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of a generous welcome pack and their readiness to assist guests. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Stayed with family, 7 of us as part of a golf trip. The barn is lovely... everything thought of. Tim and Saskia on hand if needed. We did have shower and bathroom issues which Tim sorted straight away. The single beds are situated up a wooden ( we found slippery) staircase, ..child gates were provided. Our granddaughter had great fun on the mezzanine calling to us down in the lounge. It's has a nice enclosed garden and a lovely lookout across fields ... watching the partridge scurrying across was good fun. Some extremely good pubs near by. Or stay in as the kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal. A very nice place to stay if you're a large group.
