Summer Time is a delightful, west-facing detached single storey timber property. Set on the edge of the River Yare, opposite Surlingham Broad Nature Reserve, it is perfect holiday accommodation for relaxing and watching boats go by. Fishing is available from the riverbank (seasonal licence required) and with many types of fish to be caught. This is an ideal position for nature lovers and artists. The railway station is just 500 yards away. Within 30 minutes you could be in Great Yarmouth, enjoying the promenade and the sandy beach or alternatively spending time in the fine city of Norwich with its cathedral, museum, theatres, excellent shopping, array of cafes and restaurants. Shop 650 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
