Not great. Ridiculously small. A converted garage. Right opposite a load of scrappy council houses with bad language heard from those. Hot tub wasn’t clean. They have tried really hard with complimentary crisps etc but it falls way short. We left after one night as mattress and pillows were so hard. I told him all about what was wrong but not even a part refund issued. Nothing. Very disappointing to be honest. Hotel recommend for food was awful. Sundays left overs on the Wednesday night. Not good. Won’t be going back. Part refund would have been a fair touch! Nothing offered.

The advertising of the property is very misleading. I would argue it should not be advertised as a cottage, more of a glorified shed. Says one bedroom but is all open plan apart from shower room .How it can be classed as dog friendly when there's hardly room for two people to move let alone a dog. Bungalow where owners live right next door, has shared driveway which is not enclosed .Not good for dog !! On first inspection property very clean . Some nice touches. The bee 🐝 theme throughout. But outside, grass could do with a mow. Table coffee stains. The hot tub smelt clean but along top edge , rubber was very slimmy. Basically was much too cramped and no privacy. Hence stayed one night and vacated next day . ☹️
