! Both of the double beds was uncomfortable and sounded like they was going to collapse at any time, under the beds was filthy full of dust, the cupboard had an awful smell and the hoover wouldnât even pick up a ball of dust, the hot tub was lovely but no lights so had to keep throwing your arms around when the outside light went off, and both children came out of the pool with cut hands due to sharp edges and not to mention the muck at the bottom of the pool we ended up leaving a day early and most definitely not work the money we paid!!

We had a group of 9, 5 being male. None of our group were able to wash there hands after using the toilet on arrival. We expect there to be a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk as most places offer. But we at least expect soap as the bare minimum. We literally had to go to the shop before washing hands. We had to buy everything from salt and pepper, to kitchen foil and washing up liquid. 2 dishwasher tablets were not sufficient. There was a dead fly I'm the unsuite and toothpaste up the door and inside the mirrored unit. The floor in the downstairs toilet was also dirty. Apart from that we did enjoy our stay. Thanks.

From the start, we encountered numerous issues that were never resolved, despite contacting the host. There was no WiFi, the hot tub displayed an error message and had a broken lid, and the TV didnât work. The cleanliness was very subparâfrom a filthy shower curtain, too cleaning items like a rusty dirty mop and bucket left to great you on arrival. Additional inconveniences included a washing machine that moved around the kitchen when in use and a clothesline that had to be retrieved from a bush. After three days, none of these problems were addressed, and our stay was significantly affected. We expected a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained space, but unfortunately, this was far from what we experienced and due to the nature of the issues we decided to end our stay 4 days early. I cannot recommend this property based on our stay.
