Nice clean modern bungalow. Everything you need for self catering holiday. Fantastic outdoor hot tub .Situated in beautiful scenic area .Great for dogs aswell as beautiful woods across the road from property for walks. Beautiful drives to other towns. Property was warm and cosy. Quite a lot of road noise at times could be heard in the front bedroom but fine in the back bedroom. Tv channels not great for those that like to watch TV on holiday. No dishwasher for those that are looking for this on holiday. Self check in was no problem even though we were very late at arriving. Gifts that were left were much appreciated.

Beautiful well kept and modern bungalow. Everything you need and more with a very generous gift basket on arrival. There was even treats for the dog! Lovely hot tub and a good bbq to use in the private yard.Perfect location for access to exploring the North Pennines. Lots of lovely walks available. The double bed was very comfortable. All I would say is the flies are rife with the location and some of the bugs bite and pester you so perhaps a fly net on the back door would be a good little addition to be able to enjoy letting air into the property without so many things getting in.We will definitely be returning.
