Settle down and stretch out on the sleek sofas and armchairs in front of the large flatscreen TV; there is plenty of space here for all the family to settle down, perfect for enjoying quality time together!

When it's time to fix up delicious meals, you will be happy to know that the kitchen is not only aesthetically fantastic but is home to a wealth of integrated appliances, along with the nice touch of a wine chiller. When these meals have been rustled up, enjoy them at the adjoining breakfast bar or as a more formal affair at the nearby dining table. After dinner, make your way to the close by utility room, where you can throw any worn clothing into the washer/dryer, before freshening up in the neighbouring cloakroom. When night falls, climb the impressive glass staircase up to the three well-appointed bedrooms serving the property, the first of which is a king-size room enjoying fitted wardrobes and a well-presented en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom comprises of a king-size with a fantastic feature wall and another superb en-suite shower room. Continue to Durham, where the delights of Durham Castle and Durham Cathedral, as well as the fascinating Oriental Museum, 10-hectare Botanic Garden and walks along the River Wear await. Spend some time in Chester-le-Street, a market town that is home to many historic buildings, including St Michael's Church, as well as gorgeous green spaces, such as Riverside Park and Lumley Park. For more fun in the city, be sure to head to Newcastle; alternatively, for some outdoor activities, head to the North Pennines AONB, with its ample walks and cycle routes available, or head to the coast, where the towns of Whitley Bay and Sunderland have plenty to offer.
