Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 yards from a wide expansive sweep of glorious golden sandy beach, Hilly Brow offers contemporary holiday accommodation in a highly sought after coastal village. The modern dining kitchen is on the ground floor as well as the tastefully furnished lounge, where patio doors enhance its bright and airy ambience. It leads to a fully enclosed decked area; an idyllic spot to dine alfresco. There are three immaculately presented bedrooms on the first floor. The master has a romantic Juliet balcony and the convenience of en-suite shower facilities with king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed for extra comfort (although for single stay). The third bedroom has a small double (4ft), again for your comfort (single stay). There is a family bathroom too with a bath. Shop, pubs, beach bar and restaurants 300 yards. No smoking/vaping property.

Just spent a week at Hilly Brow our second stay here. Lovely home with everything you could need and think of, comfy beds one being a king and two doubles. Lovely little garden with comfy outdoor furniture so nice and peaceful.We love Beadnell and we will definitely stay once again at Hilly Brow.Absolutely perfect.Thank you 🤩

Fantastic place, so perfect in location to all the places we visited during our week stay. Beadnell is fabulous with so many great places to eat and a beautiful beach on the doorstep.

Hilly Brow is a lovely house set just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, which we enjoyed with our dog very much. The only thing we found a bit of a nuisance is there is no instructions for the cooker and washer/dryer which some people might find annoying, also there is no washing line or even an airer to put clothes outside on a nice sunny day, not everyone wants to tumble dry! Also we use cottages a lot with our dog and there is normally an info pack with nearest hospitals, vets etc? There were leaflets on things to do but in an emergency it’s nice to have the numbers/addresses to hand. That said we would definitely use it a base again
