We had a wonderful week at Curlew Retreat, everything was absolutly spotless and the furnishings were lovely. There was a welcome pack on our arrival which was much appreciated. just a minor thing, it would be helpful to have instructions for the appliances. Cresswell Ice Cream is a must and the beach at Druridge Bay is beautiful with plenty of parking.Would definitely return.

We found "Curlew Retreat" to be a very comfortable and beautifully finished accommodation. In fact, it is one of the best holiday properties we have stayed in throughout our many visits to Northumberland.It was ideally situated for our needs whilst visiting relatives and friends in Ashington.Our only request would be to have printed instructions for kitchen appliances ie electric cooker / microwave/dishwasher rather than trying to search on line.We will certainly return to "Curlew Retreat" in the very near future.Lynn & Lindsay Veitch (Halewood Village, Liverpool)

A good location for exploring southern part of Northumberland. House is modern, warm and comfortable with good parking for two cars. Local walks for the dog or a short drive to a beautiful beach at Cresswell.
