The well-equipped kitchen makes it simple to dine in, and open. The bright living area provides ample space for family gatherings and quality time with loved ones.
Country walks are just outside your doorstep, and with the A1 just a short distance, it’s the perfect base to explore the stunning Northumberland area. From golden beaches on the heritage coast to historic castles and Hadrian’s Wall, there’s so much to discover nearby. The charming market town of Morpeth is just a few miles away, with some fabulous pubs, restaurants, shops and riverside walks. Alnwick, famous for its castle featured in Harry Potter and the Lilidorei Park by the Gardens, is also close by, while the Northumberland Zoo and Burgham Park Golf Course are great options for family fun only a mile away.

We were a group of 5, 3 adults and 2 teenagers, the sofa was not big enough for 5 adult sized people and the only other chairs were dining or the garden chairs. Think it could do with a new sofa and chairs as the sofa is near the end of it's life. There was only 4 bowls and some of the plates were chipped, not very hygienic when chipped. The mattresses on the beds could do with changing as they were uncomfortable. We had a fab holiday as the van is next to the A1 so convenient for travelling to different areas. We loved the hot tub. The only other thing is that the clubhouse is closed so nowhere walking distance to go for a drink.
