While there are minor maintenance issues and some facilities could be updated, these do not detract from the overall positive experience. Thoughtful touches, such as festive decorations and welcome provisions, are appreciated by guests.

Multiple reviews highlight the property as very clean and well-presented on arrival. Only minor issues, such as a frozen ice box, were mentioned, but these did not significantly impact the overall impression.

we just spent 3 nights at the reivers lodge with a family of 6 , in general it was very good , clean and in a lovely location just small issues was the fridge which was a nightmare when closing the door , the ice box at the top was frozen solid , i would just recommend a new one , all in all was a great stay. I would also update the advertisements as the Coach house is closed and the local shop says café but it is not anymore , would i still recommend this lodge , YES

The lodge was big, more than enough space for 6 adults. The lodge could do with a little up dating ( but looks like they have started filling so maybe that is happening soon). The owner was quick to respond to any messages I sent, which was fantastic!Only downside for us was not all the pans worked on the inductions hob, so we struggled when trying to do a cooked breakfast for us all. Overall I would go back, the site the lodge was on was beautiful, lots of lovely walks. The local pub had lovely food and wasn’t too far to walk to!
