A warm, cosy and comfortable cottage to return to after long walks exploring Northumberland. Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped and close to local amenities.

First impression getting to the back door was difficult due to tight opening for car. Weeds everywhere totally unkempt. I didn’t realise at time of booking that cottage was dog friendly. The house had a very strong dog smell and blankets on furniture were not clean. Weeds also at front door yet again very poor first impression. Bathroom window with clear glass was very strange. Mugs also tea stainedOven door needs repaired. You need to move your car early on bin day or your car is trapped. Needless to say we won’t be back.
