Dove Cottage is the ideal destination for a couple wishing to spend some peaceful time together in the countryside. The cottage is all on the ground floor and has been furnished throughout with comfort in mind. The bedroom features quality bed linen and a comfortable bed with the next door bathroom having floor to ceiling tiles and a welcoming bath. The open plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen and dining table with plump sofas and a woodburner, making it nice and cosy to relax in front of at the end of the day. Experience some local history and discover the Roman ruins at Birdoswald, Vindolanda and Housesteads or alternatively visit Thirlwall Castle for a day out.
