A semi-detached cottage on a working farm, this property offers upside down accommodation with an open plan living area with a Juliet balcony and one comfortable bedroom. Note: This cottage has an interconnecting door with Ref 17244 to accommodate 8, and is also next to Ref 17243 to accommodate 13 people in total.
Newbiggin-on-Lune is a small village below the Howgill Fells, set between the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales, making it an ideal base for exploring both. There is trout fishing in the river Lune nearby, good walking up the fells and easy access to attractions such as the Settle to Carlisle Railway.

Very quiet location, perfect for walking and as a base for exploring the lakes, peaks and dales. Property had lots of amenities. Games & colouring, tv, leaflets for local attractions, fridge & freezer, great WiFi⦠If we come back to the area would stay again.

The cottage was so comfortable and the location was amazing. So quiet and relaxing being off the main road but close enough to local towns and touristy things if you want them. Diane and Mike were so helpful and friendly and on hand if we needed anything (we didnât). So sad to leave after our week there - we will definitely come back.
