Guests have praised 1 Yew Tree Cottages for its cosy atmosphere, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. The property's quiet location and proximity to local walks and pubs are appreciated, as are the views and the inclusion of Netflix. The unique upside-down layout and the cream carpet in the dining area were noted, with guests managing well.

Cleanliness

The property was described as clean by a guest, indicating high standards of cleanliness. However, as there is only one mention, the score reflects the limited data.

Location

The location is praised for its quietness and accessibility to local walks and pubs, though one guest had difficulty finding the property due to the postcode. The positive comments suggest a high score, slightly adjusted for the initial finding difficulty.

Comfort

Comfort is consistently highlighted, with mentions of cosy settings, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The log burner adds to the comfort, despite one mention of no logs being included.

Facilities

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-stocked kitchen and entertainment options like a large TV and games. The mention of a woodburner starter pack without logs suggests a slight deduction for maintenance.
