It’s the location is close to a very busy road so dog walking is not great. But it is a pretty property and lots of pubs and an excellent co op in walking distance Could do to invest some money in it.No comfortable chairs outside which in summer is not great. The utensils need replacing, pans are terribly worn so everything sticks.Says a coffee machine but apparently was broken and owner has not replaced it, has bought an air fryer but that won’t make a coffee.Kitchen cupboard fronts are dirty and need a good clean The details ask you not to leave your dog so that it does not bark and disturb the neighbours which is quite funny as the neighbours attached seem to be hard of hearing as you can hear their Television and the other side have a trampoline next to the fence and their children love that.Baslow is a lovely location with great access to the Peak District and surrounding area
