This cottage also boasts a woodburning stove, perfect for snuggling up on those chilly winter evenings. Upstairs comprises of two bedrooms, one with a stylish double bed, feature wall and an en-suite bathroom, while the other is a twin room with a modern en-suite bathroom. The secure gated rear garden is perfect for summer evening barbecues or letting your dog run freely about. A beautiful Peak District Cottage, one not too be missed! Note: This cottage is next to Refs. 4440 and 23919, together they sleep 10.
The village of Chelmorton is situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park. The village boasts a village shop and pub which serves good food. Chelmorton has a fascinating historic landscape of 'fossil' arable strips enclosed within drystone walls and the village has a lovely medieval church of St John the Baptist.

Immaculate cleaning pre-arrival. Personal touches be it historical or personal achievements from hosts dotted around the cottage. All topped off with tiny (but magical) details such as the safety light in the corridor and the disco down light in the main bedroom shower. Hosts are non-intrusive and very respectful. Will be coming back to book all 3 cottages at some point soon for a family get together. Would highly recommend!

The cottage had everything we needed, with a really nice welcome pack, plus the added bonus of a 'dog field' behind it. Great pub only 8mins walk away, excellent beer and food. Buxton and Bakewell within easy driving distance, definitely coming back
