The beds were comfortable, it was beautifully clean, and the 2 en-suite bedrooms are a real bonus. The village is ideally situated to explore without having to travel too far, loved the pub. We were a little confused regarding the tin of beans

A welcome pack was well thought of and gratefully received. Having the 3 acres to walk around was great for my dog to have a run. There was nothing to fault and would highly recommend this little treasure of a cottage

We commented on how we could easily spend a week here using it as a base to tour the Peak District and have walks from the door. The due in the crown for us was the enclosed 3 acres field we could use with specially cut paths to walk around and watch the sunset. If there was a downside in the evening thereâs only free view on the tv but there is a good stock of dvds.
