Enter this welcoming property via two steps into a hallway where you can hang up your coats or beach towels. Enjoy cooking, eating, and socialising in the open-plan kitchen/diner which is well-equipped and light and airy. The lounge is a fantastic space to watch movies and TV shows, with comfortable seating for all guests. When you are ready for some shuteye, choose from a double, single, or bunk bedroom, or the spacious king-size which is situated upstairs in the attic conversion. This master bedroom also has a marvellous en-suite with a freestanding bath. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside to the rear of the bungalow is a fabulous and large garden with a decked area and lawn space. Outdoor seating and a BBQ are also provided for al fresco dining.
Set in the heart of the picturesque town of Freshwater Bay, you will have all the amenities you need right on the doorstep, as well as an indoor leisure centre and swimming pool. Head off on foot and explore the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The Needles (0.5 miles), a fabulous hiking area with stunning scenery. If you prefer days sunning yourself at the beach, head to Totland Bay (2 miles), a picturesque, sandy beach with far-reaching views and azure waters.
