No smoking.. Beautiful country cottage set on its own in a perfect village location of Hernhill just 6 miles in each direction to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury only 10 -15 minutes’ drive away. This cosy cottage has beautiful and comfortable country styling and countryside views, on the edge of a pretty village with no immediate neighbours. When the owners are not away they live next door which is completely separate. You will completely have the main cottage entirely to yourselves with private access to the gardens which are for your use only. There is great outdoor seating areas for both dining and relaxing. The location is great as it is in the countryside, but have great access to the seaside being only 6 miles in each direction to the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable, the city of Canterbury and the lovely market town of Faversham.

Poppy's Cottage was an excellent place to stay for our week in Kent with a family of 4 with teenagers along with grandparents and our dog. The property was well presented, very clean and had all of the amenities we needed.The garden was a welcome treat and fully enclosed to allow our dog to freely explore. The house is isolated and quiet with Faversham only 10min away, along with an easy drive to the beach. The host was incredibly welcoming and the welcome pack full of local goodies. We will definitely look to book again next time in the area.

Poppy’s cottage is a really lovely old cottage with modern amenities and very pretty private gardens, the location is rural but within 10 minutes of Faversham and close to Whitstable and other seaside towns so you get the best of both worlds. The Red Lion pub 3 minutes drive away is fabulous. Full size shower downstairs only (bath with a shower head attached upstairs) but did not worry us.
