Situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Shipton-under-Wychwood in the Evenlode Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this holiday home is ideal for a romantic break for two.

This modern, detached annexe, completed in 2019, features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar leading through to a comfortable sitting and dining area. Upstairs is a spacious open-plan bedroom with wonderful views across open countryside and an en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate rainfall shower. To the rear of the property is a paved courtyard seating area with far-reaching rural views.

Shipton-under-Wychwood is within easy walking distance along a footpath through the neighbouring fields. In the village you’ll find a local shop with post office, a flower shop, two country pubs and the Crown Hotel. Neighbouring Milton-under-Wychwood is only 30 minutes’ away on foot and offers a small supermarket and The Hare pub. The historic Cotswold town of Burford is a 3 mile drive away.
