Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, proximity to a garden centre, and beautiful surroundings ideal for walks. While the property is generally clean and provides a relaxing atmosphere, some mention minor maintenance issues and challenges with heating and internet connectivity. The location is convenient for exploring the area, though access can be tricky and a car is recommended. Overall, it is a welcoming base for both relaxation and visiting nearby attractions.

Most guests found the property clean and tidy, with several describing it as immaculately presented. However, a few noted issues such as a dirty rug and some superficial cleaning, which slightly lowered the overall impression.

The cottage is praised for its tranquil rural setting, proximity to a garden centre, and easy access to local attractions. Some guests noted road noise and the entrance being difficult to find, but overall the location is considered a strong point.

Guests frequently mention comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere. Some experienced issues with heating, particularly in colder months, and noted the lack of air conditioning, but overall comfort levels are high.

The property is well-equipped with essentials and offers spacious living areas. However, guests highlighted some maintenance issues (e.g., door locks, blinds, pans), lack of WiFi, and occasional problems with heating and hot water.

The hosts are described as friendly, approachable, and helpful, often providing tips and being available for a chat. While some guests would have appreciated a welcome pack or more detailed instructions, there is no mention of guaranteed gifts.

A lovely accommodation which is very quiet, apart from amazing birdsong. The place is equipped with essentials and is very spacious. You are left to get on with things and the only down side was the front door is exceptionally hard to lock/open but use two hands and push the handle up really hard - more than you think you really should- and it will then lock. You then need two hands to open it again after! We would definitely stay again. You can walk in to the lovely garden centre through a gate on the stud farm and Oxted is really close for a supermarket.
