This spacious, luxury caravan benefits from having a fully enclosed, wraparound veranda with outdoor sofa and table to enjoy the beautiful sea vIews.

The home has an open plan kitchen with full height fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and 5 burner gas hob, plus a kettle, pots, pans, plates and cutlery for the perfect stress free getaway.

There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6 people, and there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The master double bedroom has a built-in TV/ DVD

player, along with a private en-suite with shower. The two twin bedrooms each have lots of cupboard space and a wall-mounted TV/DVD player.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower and heated towel rail.

The sitting area is very comfortable with large sofas and there is a TV/DVD player and an electric fire should it get cooler on your stay.

The entire home is double glazed with gas-fired central heating, which is thermostatically controlled.

It also benefits from having parking for 2 cars next to the caravan, plus a key code entrance, so no waiting to check-in

All appliances are checked and certified by Rockley Park and we are fully gas safe. We have a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector fitted too, for your added peace of mind.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
