About this property

Rambling Rose is situated on Harbour View, one of the most prestigious areas of the park. The wide plot provides parking for two vehicles. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized cooker and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with a large range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils. It has double glazing and central heating throughout.

The dining table and breakfast bar with stools provide plenty of space for mealtimes. The lounge/diner is bright and comfortable with patio doors and windows leading out to the large veranda and sea view. There is a flat-screen TV/DVD and an electric coal effect fire.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite toilet with basin. There are two additional bedrooms with twin beds in each. All bedrooms have wardrobe space for your clothing. There is a separate family toilet and shower room.

Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own towels and linen. Alternatively, linen can be hired if required at additional cost.

Play passes which give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. Park passes must be bought from Haven before or on arrival if required. Passes are not needed for the restaurants, bar and amusement arcade but are needed if you wish to use the pools, activities or entertainment. Haven facilities are open from Easter to October. We have no control over what entertainment or facilities Haven provides which is solely at their discretion.

Facilities include indoor (with flume) and outdoor (May to September) heated swimming pools, a show bar with daily and nightly entertainment, an outdoor covered sports complex with archery, basketball, football and fencing, crazy golf, climbing/abseiling wall, children's play area, amusement area with bar and restaurant, luxury spa, bike hire, a beach cafe area and water sports. Kids clubs.

Also on site is a supermarket, launderette and nature reserve with fresh water fishing lake (in season with licence).

Available to hire from 2nd March to 2nd January. Discounts are available for longer stays during the winter months.

No hen or stag parties. No dogs on dangerous breeds register (park rule). Dogs are accepted on the understanding that they will not be left alone in the caravan at any time (unless crated) and must be kept off the furniture. Any damage caused by dogs must be paid for. They must be treated for and free of parasites.
