The local town of Bude offers a wide shopping mix, cafes, restaurants, a leisure centre, golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and access to the South West Coast Path which offers spectacular walking in both directions. It is perfectly placed for touring both Devon and Cornwall, where family days out could include visits to the Eden Project (38 miles), the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly (18 miles), Boscastle (15 miles), Tintagel (19 miles), Port Isaac (26 miles), Rock (30 miles) and Padstow (36 miles). Located in a small courtyard of beautiful properties, this immaculate cottage makes a great holiday retreat. Enter the kitchen/diner, with a Smart TV, two ovens, hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer with iced water, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer; it is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Enjoy meals together or plan your day ahead around the large island with bar stools. The lounge has a wood burner, Smart TV, DVD and a comfy sofa and chairs which can all recline, a perfect room to snuggle up in with a bottle of wine and a film on the Smart TV.
