This little property has the potential to be so good, as it is well located in the village, and someone once obviously put a lot of thought and care into decorating and furnishing, and it is fairly well equipped. However, it seems to have been badly neglected. The smell that has been reported several times in reviews persists - it is an overpowering musty smell which does not dissipate and needs investigating and addressing. The property was very, very dirty - greasy surfaces, thick layers of dust on skirtings, dirty floors, grubby furniture, mildew on the walls. It needs a thorough DEEP clean by a professional cleaning company. The outside area was very untidy with litter strewn about. It's a shame - as this property had received previous poor reviews, and it is still in a bad state, the conclusion has to be that the owners/management don't particularly care. We left early.

Cottage is a disgrace. How you can get anylettings in it I fail to comprehend. You certainly will not be getting any repeats. We couldn’t wait to move out. It is not just the state of the property. There is no maintenance, you can’t even open the front door without a struggle. The outside needs a clean and coat of paint. Internally it smells bad , it is not clean . The beds are horrendous. One of your people should be checking the state of the property you rent . I certainly will not be using your agency again.Robert Francis
