The estuary provides canoeing, fishing and dolphin spotting trips, sailing, cycling, horse riding, walking and golf can all be enjoyed locally. Great location, so easy to walk to Readymoney Cove and Fowey. Lovely quiet location, I sincerely hope the new builds going up near by don't affect this.With a lick of paint and good clean would have given it all 5*'s.(Had a couple of little glitches during our stay however Ollie, the caretaker, was quick and efficient. )Would happily come back.
