The house had a wow moment when we walked in. All bedrooms with en-suite was brilliant. Such a large house and we didn’t feel on top of one another. Having a sauna and play room was great for the kids. The only thing missing was a hot tub.

Stunning property with beautiful views. Most bedrooms overlook the water and are a very good size. We would have loved to have sat on the balconies but sadly the weather wasn't on our side, however there are good amounts of garden furniture and barbecues. It really would suit a hot tub as those views are amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and the settees are comfy and recline. The games room has a small pool table which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again as it had everything we needed. Just a note, the bedroom televisions require your own streaming devices and are not linked to freeview which was a shame for those who don't have access. Parking is good for 4/5 cars. Friendly village and good pubs. Ferry is excellent too !

A lovely house, with exceptional views from the house to the River Fowey. The village has narrow streets, but nice for going for walks, two pubs cafe and bakery, also has a pedestrian ferry over to Fowey.
