On the first floor is the third bedroom as well as the kitchen and the magnificent large living room with it's high apex beamed ceiling and comfortable sitting and dining areas. With many walks both through peaceful woodlands and of course the famous riverside walks as well as being so close to the Saints Way, the trail which links Fowey on the south coast to Padstow on the north, walkers are spoilt for choice here. For the more adventurous and for the best way to see the river and experience the amazing wildlife why not book a canoe or kayak trip from the village itself.
