Exelent hosts, clive and sarah made us feel so welcome , like it was our own home. No question too much, wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of one.If you want peace and quiet its the one. lovley place for a walk with the dog.Can't wait to go back .Facilities above and beyond overall opinion was fantastic

This is a really lovely cottage in a very rural area, it has everything you need, the owners have put everything in the cottage for comfort using excellent quality furnishings and accessories.The down side if you need to go anywhere it is a good drive to nearest facilities.It takes a good forty minutes to an hour to Cornish hotspots, on saying that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting is lovely and the owners on hand to help.

Lovely stay in very quiet surroundings, cottage is 13 miles from nearest beach but walking distance to Hidden Valley which is great day out for kids with large maize and puzzles/escape room etc and leisure centre within and Launcheston close by, hosts supplied scones with jam and cream on arrival and great communication inviting us to come before 3pm on arrival day as property was vacant. Games room in outbuilding next door is added bonus with numerous games of table tennis and good standard pool table, large freezer and washing machine/drier also in outbuilding, very good value for money if you don't mind not being too far away from the beaches
