A feature corner window in the dining area provides a spectacular view of surrounding countryside, across river valleys, woodlands, and fields. The large, spacious balcony is ideal for warm sunny days and evenings outside. In the living room, a cosy wood burner can be a welcome addition on a chilly evening or if the look of a warm fire just takes your fancy. Both places are wonderful for walking, with amazing views, and full of history. The area is ideal for walking, fishing, and other countryside activities. There is a well-stocked village shop and post office within 1 mile at Stoke Climsland and other pubs and restaurants in the local area. Conveniently located midway between the north and south coasts, The Platt is a perfect place from which to explore the stunning coastline, sandy beaches with seas for swimming and surfing, and attractive seaside towns.
